Accepted Forms of Payment
I accept the following as forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Debit/Interact, e-transfer and cash.

Direct Billing to Insurance- some Extended Health Insurance plans will allow direct billing. Bring your insurance information with you to find out if your plan allows this. Please be aware that if for some reason your plan only covers part of the cost or if the billing can not be submitted you will be responsible for payment a the time of your appointment.

ICBC claims - if your motor vehicle accident happened after April 1, 2019 you may be eligible for coverage by ICBC. ICBC will cover up to 12 acupuncture sessions within 12 weeks of the date of your accident for eligible injuries. For anything else a treatment extension must be requested.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide me with at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (or you miss an appointment) and I am unable to fill the space cancellation fees apply.
